Best PS5 Games of March
2022 has been an incredible year for the PS5, and it’s showing no sign of slowing down, so here are the best PS5 games coming this March through June.
The first quarter of 2022 has produced some masterpieces for the PS5. We saw the release of highly anticipated sequels to some of PlayStation’s most iconic franchises, with Horizon Forbidden West and Gran Turismo 7.
Sifu showcased how a well-crafted story can elevate masterful combat mechanics.
And one of the best games of all time, Elden Ring, took players through a punishing story carefully crafted by the incredible minds of Hidetaka Miyazaki and George R. R. Martin.
Not to mention Destiny 2, with possibly its most remarkable expansion to date with The Witch Queen.
And it looks like these next couple of months will continue to give more of the same in terms of quality.

Best PS5 Games: March
Strangers of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin

Team Ninja is back again but in a different light. Strangers of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is an action RPG from the studio that brought you Nioh. This means you’ll be seeing Final Fantasy in a more souls-like style of combat.
The game will include the classic job system that most Final Fantasy games have come to know and love but with the fluid combat style that Team Ninja has become known for.
The story will follow Jack and his mission to end chaos. Players will be able to play through his story with up to three other friends!
Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands

Fans of Borderlands rejoice. Gearbox Software is again taking us through foreign lands in their newest installment in the franchise, Tiny Tina’s Wonderland.
Instead of the deadly lands of Pandora and the Vaults, this time, players will be thrown into a whimsical, magical world narrated by the one and only Tiny Tina.
Players will be able to roll for multiclass heroes this time around as they do their best to put an end to the reign of the Dragon Lord. We’re very excited for this one and can’t wait to see just what sort of adventure Gearbox Software takes on us next.
Ghostwire: Tokyo

Ghostwire: Tokyo takes players through an occult Tokyo where strange disappearances plague the city. Players will need to take control of their mysterious spectral abilities to purge the city of this evil.
What originally started as Evil Within 3, Tango Gameworks decided to completely change their game into a new IP due to the direction they were going in.
This means Ghostwire: Tokyo might already be familiar to some. We’re excited to see more of Ghostwire: Tokyo’s dark world and just what sort of mysteries await us.

Weird West:

A few of the minds that brought together the dark and gritty world of Dishonored went ahead and created their studio, Wolfeye Studios.
Their first project, Weird West, is a dark fantasy world where mystical beasts pray on the same wild west that gunslingers and law bringers inhabit.
Players will be able to control multiple heroes, and their actions will dictate the legacy they leave behind and the world they inhabit. It’s an ambitious title with a truly unique world that we’re excited to explore more of.

MLB The Show 2022

MLB The Show 2022 looks to be no different. And if you thought that The Show might not be for you or a little a too difficult. Well, this might be the year that changes that.
The 2022 iteration of the game will feature new gameplay modes and new difficulty modes that hope to cater to new players and veteran players alike.
Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga

Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga looks to completely revamp the world of Lego games as we know them. It will feature the complete Skywalker Saga from Episodes 1 – 9 and an open-world hub-style world.
This means players can start their adventure in any Episode they please.
Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga has also reworked the combat from the ground up. Now players who wield lightsabers will be able to mix in light attacks, heavy attacks, and multiple force abilities into their arsenal.

Salt & Sacrifice

Salt & Sacrifice is the sequel to the critically acclaimed Salt and Sanctuary. This indie company has presented what feels like a 2D side-scrolling souls game that will punish unsuspecting players.
This sequel will take you to an entirely new region where you play as a Marked Inquisitor, a criminal bound to a life of service to repent.
The game features smooth combat and a deep skill tree to keep players coming back despite the treacherous enemies.
Evil Dead: The Game

Saber Interactive is back with a survival horror game set in the bloody world of The Evil Dead, Evil Dead: The Game. If the name sounds familiar then you might remember them from their recent cooperative zombie survival game, World War Z.
It’s a four vs. one PVP horror survival game where you can join your friends to try and seal the breach between worlds or try to swallow the survivor’s souls as the Kandarian Demon.
We’re excited to see how it builds on the rapidly evolving horror survival PVP format that popularized games like Dead by Daylight and Friday the 13th.
Forspoken

Forspoken is Square Enix’s attempt at building a brand new flagship series from the ground up. Its past attempts, Left Alive, The Quiet Man, and Babylon’s Fall, have delivered less than stellar reviews.
But Forspoken is looking to change that with a team consisting of the talent that brought you Final Fantasy XV.
You’ll follow the story of Frey Holland, a young woman whose life gets completely turned upside down. Frey is transported from New York City to the fantasy land of Athia. To find her way home, Frey will need to learn to use her abilities and uncover the secrets of her arrival to Athia.

Best PS5 Games: June
Spellforced 3 Reforced

Spellforce III Reforced is a remake that combines RPG and RTS elements. It allows players to carefully craft their own heroes and raise up their own army to lay siege with.
We’re excited just at the level of depth this game presents and how gorgeous the updated visuals look. With the power of the PS5 behind it, Spellforce III Reforced will surely be a marvel to look at.
Players will choose from three different species and embark on an adventure unique to them. Spellforce III reforced will have plenty to do with multiple NPC’s to befriend, skills to unlock, and battles to win.
Stray
- Release Date: Early 2022
- Developer: BlueTwelve Studio
- Publisher: Annapurna Interactive
Stray is a unique adventure game coming to the PS5 this year that places you in the paws of a lost cat living in a cyberpunk world who’s looking to find his way back home.
Along his journey through this dystopian cybernetic world, players will meet plenty of robots and individuals that will either lead them closer to home or try to get in their way.
This game looks to push the boundaries of storytelling, and we’re excited to see more of the story. It’s one of our most anticipated games of 2022.
