Vivo T2x 5G Sale In India Starts Today: Affordable 5G-Enabled Android Smartphone With Dimensity 6020 SoC

Vivo recently launched the Vivo T2 series. The lineup includes the Vivo T2 5G and the Vivo T2x 5G. The T2 is already selling in India, but the T2x will go on its first sale today. It is one of the most affordable Android smartphones that are capable of latching on to 5G networks in India.

Vivo T2x 5G packs some attractive hardware such as a Full HD+ display, a 50MP rear camera setup, 8GB RAM, a 5000mAh battery, and much more. Let’s look at all the details about the Vivo T2x 5G such as specifications, features, launch price, introductory offers, and availability in India.

Vivo T2x 5G Launch Price, Availability In India

Vivo has launched three variants of the Vivo T2x 5G in India, but all of them get the same 128GB of internal storage. It comes in Aurora Gold, Marine Blue, and Glimmer Black color options.

The 4GB + 128GB variant of the Vivo T2x 5G has been priced at ₹12,999, while the 6GB + 128GB model has been priced at ₹13,999. The top-end model of the Vivo T2x 5G with 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage costs ₹15,999.

The Vivo T2x will be available for purchase starting at 12:00 PM, today, April 21, 2023, via Flipkart and Vivo e-Store. It is not clear if the smartphone will be available via physical retail outlets like the Vivo T2 5G.

As an introductory offer, Vivo is offering a flat ₹1,000 discount on purchases made using ICICI or HDFC Bank Debit and Credit Cards. The company is also including a complimentary gift of Vivo Color Earphones with each purchase of the Vivo T2x, but buyers will have to visit the Vivo e-Store.

Vivo T2x 5G Specifications, Features

The Vivo T2x features a 6.58-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 2408 × 1080 pixels resolution. The 1080p screen has a standard refresh rate of 60Hz.

The Vivo T2x 5G smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6020 processor, paired with a Mali G57 GPU. Buyers get either 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage.

The Vivo T2x has a dual-rear camera setup that includes a 50MP primary shooter, a 2MP depth sensor, and an LED flash. There’s an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies, video calls, and face unlock.

Vivo has embedded a 5000mAh battery inside the Vivo T2x 5G, which supports 18W wired fast charging via a Type-C port that’s meant for charging and data transfers.

The Vivo T2x 5G features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner that’s embedded into the power button. The smartphone weighs 184 grams and measures 164.05 × 75.6 × 8.15mm.

The Vivo T2x 5G runs FunTouchOS 13, which is based on Android 13. Connectivity options of the handset include a 3.5mm audio jack, dual SIM, 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/gn/ac, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou.
