1. Diego Devalle
Company: Guidewire
Title: Chief Product Development Officer

Diego Devalle has held numerous executive positions overseeing technology and product development in the San Francisco Bay Area, India, and Europe. In his role as Chief Product Development Officer at Guidewire, a leading platform provider to the property and casualty insurance industry, he drives design and strategy to implement engineering goals that address the needs of P&C insurers, such as the requirement to rapidly bring new and differentiating insurance products to market. Customer success is Guidewire’s top priority, and according to Devalle, “In every customer interaction, we are committed. On day one, Guidewire set out to serve the P&C industry, and years later, the development mindset is always to extend platform capabilities to make more possible.”

Prior to Guidewire, Devalle served as Vice President of Software Development and Vice President of Product and Engineering at SAP Labs. He began his enterprise software career at Baan in the Netherlands.

 

2. Joe Korngiebel
Company: Ceridian
Title: Chief Product and Technology Officer

Joe Korngiebel is Chief Product and Technology Officer at Ceridian. He leads the company’s ambitious innovation strategy, designed to ensure its innovations continue to surpass customer expectations, disrupt the industry, and drive forward the company’s position as a world-class HCM partner.

Prior to joining Ceridian in 2021, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Workday after a 14-year tenure that included roles as Senior Vice President of Experience Technology, Vice President of Mobile applications, and Founder of Workday Labs. A seasoned technologist, he has also held senior roles at Oracle and PeopleSoft.

Korngiebel serves on the board of directors of the PulsePoint Foundation, and holds a Bachelor’s in Science, Mathematics, and Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, where he is also an industry advisory board member.

 

3. Dana Chery
Company: Samsara
Title: Vice President of Product, Partner, and Content Marketing

Dana Chery is Vice President of Product, Partner, and Content Marketing at Samsara. Her team leads go-to-market initiatives for the Connected Operations Cloud – a SaaS platform that helps organizations harness IoT data and analytics to develop actionable business insights and improve their physical operations.

Prior to Samsara, Chery was VP, Product Marketing at Salesforce, where she led marketing for Service Cloud. She has spent her career building and executing go-to-market strategies for new products and programs. Her previous roles also include positions at GE Capital, NBCUniversal, and Cars.com.

Chery earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Management & Organizations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tufts University. She is a Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) fellow and also serves on the board of directors for GreatSchools, a national educational non-profit.

 

4. Kalyan Nanduru
Company: Guild Education
Title: Senior Vice President of Product

Kalyan Nanduru is the Senior Vice President of Product for Guild Education, which is on a mission to unlock opportunity for America’s workforce through education and upskilling, with a double bottom-line business model that does well by doing good. With over 1,300 employees and an expanding customer base, Guild is a rapidly growing company that was recognized as a winner of Fast Company’s 2020 World Changing Ideas award and as a CNBC Disruptor 50 company for its work at the intersection of education and the future of work. The firm partners with leading Fortune 1000 employers such as The Walt Disney Company, Walmart, Discover, Chipotle, and Lowe’s to transform their education and upskilling programs through its technology platform, payments system, and learning marketplace.

Nanduru has a track record of building breakthrough products and high performing teams. Prior to Guild, he served as Head of Product, B2B at Google. Before that, he spent more than 11 years at Microsoft, where he worked his way up from Software Development Lead to Principal Group Project Manager. He also worked as Software Development Lead for BT and got his start in the industry as a Software Engineer at Qwest Software Services. Nanduru earned a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

 

5. Ed Macosky
Company: Boomi
Title: Chief Innovation Officer

Ed Macosky is the Chief Innovation Officer at Boomi, the intelligent connectivity and automation leader. He has more than 15 years of experience building high-performing agile teams, designing and launching new software and service products, solution delivery, and customer retention. He works to establish and execute Boomi’s product vision and roadmap – delivering an intelligent, flexible, and scalable integration platform that accelerates business outcomes by making information, interactions, and innovations flow faster.

Prior to joining Boomi in early 2019, Macosky spent almost five years at Oracle, where he served as Vice President of Middleware/PaaS DevOps & Release Engineering. Before Oracle, he also spent some time at Dell. In addition, starting in 2003, he spent more than seven years at Boomi during the formative years of the company. Macosky studied Information Technology at Penn State and holds two U.S. patents for integrating software systems.

 

6. Amritansh Raghav
Company: Outreach
Title: Executive Vice President of Product and Engineering

Amritansh Raghav is the Executive Vice President of Product and Engineering at Outreach Corporation. Founded in 2011, Outreach is a sales engagement platform that accelerates revenue growth by optimizing interactions throughout the customer lifecycle. Raghav joined the Seattle, Washington-based company in 2019. In his current role, he builds tools to empower companies to have a deeper connection with customers and increase revenue through sales engagement. Armed with a passion for solving business problems, he helps to create innovative technologies and engaging product experiences.

With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Raghav’s knowledge spans working in small startups to global companies, garnering a diverse wealth of knowledge that ranges from cloud infrastructure and operating systems to real-time networking and developer platforms. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Product at Fuze, a cloud-based video conferencing solution that connects people and organizations across devices. Before that, he was a Program Manager at Microsoft, and prior to joining Microsoft, he worked as a Principal Group Manager at Office Communications Group and as Director of PM at Skype. Raghav received a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIT Varanasi in India and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Binghamton University.

 

7. Karl Rumelhart
Company: Gainsight
Title: Chief Product Officer and Executive Vice President of Engineering

Karl Rumelhart is the Chief Product Officer and Executive Vice President of Engineering for Gainsight, where he serve the firm’s entire product organization including Software Development, QA, Product Management, UX, Documentation, DevOps, and TechOps. Gainsight’s innovative customer-centric technology is driving the future of customer success. The company’s Customer Cloud offers a powerful set of solutions focused on customer success, product experience, revenue optimization, customer experience, and customer data, which together enable businesses to put the customer at the center of everything they do.

Prior to Gainsight, Rumelhart worked in Product Marketing and Customer Success at Infer. Before that, he was Senior Director of Product Management at Jive Software, held several senior leadership positions at VMware (including Director of Product Management), and was Senior Director of Software Development at Bang Networks. In addition, he co-founded and was CEO of LearnTempo and co-created The Hive, LLC. He earned his PhD in Mathematics at Harvard University and his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at Stanford University, where he was also a Lecturer in Mathematics for nearly four years.

 

8. Ajay Awatramani
Company: Cornerstone
Title: Chief Product Officer

Ajay Awatramani joined Cornerstone in 2020 as the Chief Product Officer. Cornerstone is a premier people development company, offering solutions that help organizations and individuals around the globe navigate new and changing work environments and realize their potential. The company provides solutions for comprehensive recruiting, personalized learning, modern training content, development-driven performance management, and holistic employee data management and insights. Prior to Cornerstone, Awatramani led B2B product, strategy, and go-to-market as the Head of Product – B2B in the Digital Experience Business Unit at Adobe. Awatramani joined Adobe via the acquisition of Marketo in 2018, where he served as the Vice President of Product. He arrived at Marketo in 2015 from Oracle Corp., where he served from 2005 through 2015 as a Director of Product Management for the Sales Performance Management business. He began his career as a Software Engineer at Siebel Systems in 2000. Awatramani holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

 

9. Lakshmi Sharma
Company: Fastly
Title: Chief Product Officer

Lakshmi Sharma is the Chief Product Officer for Fastly, a cloud computing services provider whose edge cloud platform is designed to help developers extend their core cloud infrastructure to the edge of the network, closer to users. With Fastly’s powerful platform, developers get the tools they need to build the most groundbreaking apps — all optimized for speed, security, and scale — so businesses can effectively transform to compete in today’s markets.

Sharma has decades of experience leading and driving strategy and transformation in engineering, business, and IT, leveraging people, process, and technologies for successful business and cultural outcomes. Her professional journey includes time at Cisco, Brocade, Juniper, RIFT.io, Apcera, Target, and, most recently, Google, where she spent four years as the Director of Product Management for Networking in Google Cloud. Sharma was responsible for end-to-end customer experience for Networking and Networking Solutions, crossing multiple industry verticals. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business and completed the MIT Sloan School of Management Executive Program “Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy.”

 

10. Priya Rajagopalan
Company: FourKites
Title: Chief Product Officer

Priya Rajagopalan is the Chief Product Officer of FourKites, Inc., the #1 global supply chain visibility platform. She oversees an 85-member team across product, user experience, and carrier operations. Since she joined FourKites in 2016, the company has grown from 30 employees to 530, the number of customers has increased from fewer than 10 to over 500, and the FourKites product portfolio has expanded from over-the-road tracking in the U.S. to multimodal tracking in 176+ countries, next-generation yard management, and comprehensive predictive analytics powered by machine learning.

Previously, Rajagopalan held global product leadership roles at TiVo Corporation with responsibility for metadata products in 70 countries, and at Flexera Software, where she ran a suite of ERP-adjacent applications. In her prior career in consulting, she advised leadership teams at technology firms such as Hewlett-Packard, Emerson, 3M, and ADP. Rajagopalan believes strongly in giving back to the community. She volunteers with several organizations, including Cradles to Crayons and tutoring groups dedicated to helping children in low-income areas. She was named one of SDCE’s 2021 Pros to Know. She has a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras in India.

 

11. Riaz Raihan
Company: Alida
Title: President of Products & Engineering

Riaz Raihan is the President of Products & Engineering at Alida. He leads product strategy, product management, R&D, engineering, artificial intelligence, product design, value engineering, CoE, and cloud operations for the company. His award-winning team builds world-class total experience management (TXM) software and is ranked amongst the world’s foremost teams for product & design. Gartner recently placed Alida as a Visionary on their Voice-of-Customer Magic Quadrant. With two decades of product leadership experience, Raihan is a veteran of Cisco, SAP, Infor, and Accenture.

Previously, he was President and General Manager at Cisco’s IoT business unit in San Jose, California. He led a team of 1,500 technologists that created SaaS products by harnessing the power of IoT, cloud, and AI/ML. He spent a decade at SAP as SVP & COO. At Infor, he led digital engineering globally. Early in his career, he worked at Accenture and Ernst & Young advising C-suite executives at F500 corporations. Raihan holds engineering and Master of Business Administration degrees (summa cum laude) and is a graduate of Stanford University’s management development program. He is a member of MENSA and is passionate about youth STEM education. Since 2004, he has served as a Volunteer Teacher for Junior Achievement, a global non-profit organization focused on youth education.

 

12. Alok Srivastava
Company: Conductor
Title: Chief Technology Officer

Alok Srivastava serves as Conductor’s Chief Technology Officer, arriving with more than 30 years of experience leading technology teams. Srivastava leads the technology practice for Conductor, the world’s leading organic marketing platform, which delivers help to marketers as they create powerful marketing content to drive high-quality traffic to their site and track their organic performance. Srivastava has served as a CTO and in other C-Suite roles at leading organizations like Oracle, Delphix Corporation, and most recently at LiftLab. He received a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and received his Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from IIT in India. He holds 38 U.S. and worldwide patents in data management, distributed systems, and data virtualization technologies.

 

13. Courtney Machi

Title: Vice President of Product

Courtney Machi brings Andela’s vision of connecting brilliance with opportunity to life by leading their product and design teams. She has over 15 years of experience working in tech, product, and startups in engineering, consulting, and product. She was part of the early Product team at Anaplan, helping to propel the product through hypergrowth to an eventual IPO in 2018, and has experience building products for various talent marketplaces.

Machi is extremely passionate about remote work and scaling distributed teams. She has spent time as a digital nomad, living in different cities around the world, and is currently based out of the U.S. She spends her time between Miami and San Francisco, which is made possible by working remotely. Machi earned a Bachelor of Science in Information & Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.

 

14. Thomas Philippart de Foy

Thomas Philippart de Foy is Executive Vice President of Product Innovation at Appspace. 15. Danny Johnson
Company: Ridgeline
Title: Head of Product and Engineering

Danny Johnson joined Ridgeline in 2017 as the very first hire for software icon Dave Duffield’s next venture. Since day one, he has been instrumental in defining and realizing the vision for Ridgeline, the industry cloud platform for investment management. As the Head of Product and Engineering based in Ridgeline’s Lake Tahoe headquarters, Johnson is responsible for a team of 250 engineers, developers, and product managers. He joined Ridgeline after more than 22 years of building innovative solutions and leading engineering teams at major enterprise software organizations. Early in his career, he managed development teams at PeopleSoft and led the early development of OracleFusion, representing the PeopleSoft Financials perspective. He then moved to Workday, where he was responsible for the Workday Financials and Workday Student product suites.

At Ridgeline, Johnson is regarded as a champion for a team-first company culture. Over the past year, he has guided Ridgeline through the final stages of product development on its end-to-end industry cloud solution. By working side by side with not only his team but Ridgeline’s early customers, he has translated real-world feedback and cutting-edge innovation into a highly differentiated experience for the market. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

 

16. Wei Zheng
Company: Conductor
Title: Chief Product Officer

Wei Zheng is the Chief Product Officer at Conductor, the world’s leading organic marketing platform, which delivers help to marketers as they create powerful marketing content to drive high-quality traffic to their site and track their organic performance. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Product and Design at Trifacta, where she drove the creation of the Self-Service Data Preparation market category and spearheaded end-user SaaS products for data engineers and data analysts. Before Trifacta, Wei led product efforts at Informatica, where she launched successful big data and data virtualization products. Wei studied Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley and resides along the foggy shores of San Francisco.

 

17. Sigfús Magnússon
Company: Men&Mice
Title: Chief Technical Officer

Sigfús Magnússon is the Chief Technical Officer and former Vice President of Product Management at Men&Mice, a network management software company providing flexible and scalable DNS, DHCP, and IP address management (IPAM) solutions for enterprise and SME customers. Magnússon is responsible for translating the company’s vision into a product roadmap and has a singular talent for balancing business objectives with customer needs and internal resources. Magnússon oversees the Product Management team, working closely with developers and customer care professionals in creating and maintaining a robust and ambitious, but achievable product roadmap.

His 30 years of experience in the DDI industry, with hands-on involvement in nearly every step of the product lifecycle, positions him perfectly to lead at Men&Mice. He knows his team’s value, allowing a wide range of input and funneling it into the product vision, and makes every member feel heard and given agency, even if their ideas aren’t accepted as-is. Magnússon leads through discussion and iteration, developing a creative atmosphere and ensuring that the end result is a product that aligns with all three primary directions: business vision, customer need, and employee participation. Prior to Men&Mice, Magnússon was the Vice President of User Services and Computing Services at the University of Iceland.

 

18. Amit Fernandes
Company: Fairmarkit
Title: Vice President of Product Management

Amit Fernandes is the Vice President of Product Management at Fairmarkit Inc. Fairmarkit is an intelligent sourcing platform that empowers organizations to more efficiently purchase goods and services. Fairmarkit was previously on Gartner’s 2020 Cool Vendors report. At Fairmarkit, Fernandes leads the product management, design, customer, and market research teams. He has a passion for building effective B2B solutions with consumer-grade experiences.

Fernandes’ expertise in B2B software, SaaS, and developer platforms is derived from his experience working in both startups and global companies such as Salesforce and Deloitte. Previously, he led product organizations at MuleSoft, where he developed their connectivity strategy and launched a new product line for B2B enterprises to seamlessly integrate with each other. He has many years of experience advising telecommunications, media, and technology enterprises to identify new revenue streams through technology initiatives. Fernandes holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science.

 

19. Steve McNally
Company: BlueMatrix
Title: Head of Product Management

Steve McNally is the Head of Product Management at BlueMatrix, a SaaS solutions provider for the global investment research market. Founded in 1999, the New York-based company is a leading force in today’s industry standard for the authoring, distribution, presentation, and analysis of investment insights. In his role, McNally oversees the innovation and development of the entire solution suite. He leads the product team in bringing the company’s vision to fruition, ensuring it aligns with the needs of its client base.

Throughout his 15-year tenure at BlueMatrix, he has led the charge on brand-defining innovations, including the award-winning content authoring platform, Creator V4, used by some of the world’s biggest investment banks. McNally brings in-depth insight into use cases of investment technology. Previously, he worked in sales for an options trading platform and before that in architectural design. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Iona College in New York.

 

20. Avijit DasGupta
Company: CompuLynx Limited
Title: Product Head of Digital Identity & Payment Solutions

Avijit DasGupta is the Product Head of Digital Identity & Payment Solutions at CompuLynx, leading an international team of 100+ people in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and India. He has a passion for building digital identity and payment-based solutions for different industries including BFSI, Government, NGO, Education, Health Care, and Security Services to provide a better consumer-grade experiences as well as secured platforms. At CompuLynx, he is responsible for product management, product development, customer management, and digital identity innovation process. Over the past 4 years, DasGupta has led a number of new award-winning product launches, including a new, intuitive UX; Insights, an interactive platform for Biometric EKYC verification; remote customer on-boarding; in-branch over the counter, beneficiary disbursement management; agency banking system; revenue collection system; B2B & C2B health care management; and visitors management platforms, which have been CompuLynx’s most successful launch to date.

DasGupta joined the company in 2018. As a leader, he is a charismatic visionary who is very knowledgeable about the smallest nuances of digital identity and payments future driven market, but also sees the big picture. He is a respected product thought leader with over 17 years of experience, with previous roles as a software engineer, project lead, technology head, and product head at several mid-sized and start up IT companies in India, Australia, Germany, and the U.S. He received his Master of Computer Application from Kumaun University (India) and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from University of Calcutta (India).

 

21. Taejin In
Company: Dstillery
Title: Senior Vice President of Product

Taejin (TJ) In is the Senior Vice President of Product at Dstillery, the custom audience solutions company. TJ joined the company in 2010 and is passionate about using technology and AI to help media agencies and brands better connect with their customers. In his current role as SVP, TJ oversees the product strategy and development of Dstillery’s industry-leading data and targeting products. With more than a decade of experience in marketing and adtech, TJ has been a driving force behind significant technology innovations throughout the company’s product line, including the recent evolution into cookieless targeting with ID-free Custom AI, and precise healthcare targeting with Custom Patient Targeting.

Prior to joining Dstillery, TJ held various management and analyst roles across the marketing industry at companies like Saatchi & Saatchi and Google. He is also the founder of a Korean BBQ food truck and restaurant in the NY/NJ area. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.

 

22. Richard Thoeny
Company: Docupace
Title: Vice President of Product Management and Product Development

Richard Thoeny serves as the Vice President of Product Management and Product Development. He is a visionary executive leader with a proven record of achievement, demonstrated by progressively responsible positions in financial services operations and technology, business development, and product management.

Thoeny’s career spans 30+ years, all within financial services either running and managing brokerage and clearing firms or developing product for financial services. Prior to joining Docupace as Vice President of Product Management in 2014, he held positions including SVP of Product Management at Fetter Logic, the custom development arm catering to Fidelity Investments; SVP of Operations for Axos Clearing, a correspondent clearing firm servicing more than 80 broker-dealers; VP of Product Management with Talisys Software Systems, an enterprise brokerage software development company where he was the director of five divisions, executive board member, and founding member of both the product and technical vision strategy groups.

Before joining Talisys, Thoeny co-founded HybridTrading, a premier financial services firm specializing in both discount brokerage and advisory services. He has extensive industry and technical experience, beginning his career at Microsoft in 1991, then joining Bidwell & Company, a self-clearing national broker-dealer, in 1994, where he held many positions during his tenure until becoming VP of Operations.

Thoeny graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, was an equities and options trader and held FINRA licenses 4, 6, 7, 24, and 63, and currently holds Department of Homeland Security cyber security certifications CIA, CW TTP’s 1, and SS.

 

23. Shri Iyer

Title: Vice President of Product

Shri Iyer is the Vice President of Product at SimpleLegal, the modern legal operations platform for in-house legal. SimpleLegal allows users to easily track, manage, and report on legal spend, accruals, budgets, vendors, and more with an intuitive UI that is actually enjoyable to use. Iyer is responsible for product strategy and is focused on delivering the highest quality user experience. He brings over two decades of experience as a product leader in B2B and B2C industries.

Prior to SimpleLegal, Iyer was the Senior Director of Product at RiseSmart, where he launched several products, including their flagship product, RiseSmart Insight, which won the prestigious HR Tech award in 2017. Aside from his incredible product leadership experience, he is active in the product management community, helping to educate others through his blog and other thought-leadership activities. He holds a Master of Science in Financial Accounting & Auditing from the University of Mumbai and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business.

 

24. Conor Winders
Company: Administrate
Title: Executive Vice President – Product & Engineering

Conor Winders is the Executive Vice President of Product and Engineering at Administrate, a premier learning technology platform designed to scale and manage the complexities of enterprise training. In his role, Winders oversees the Product and Engineering Team, and the development of the company’s world-class training software designed to help the world level up through learning. Over the past 14 years, Winders has built startups, scaled businesses, and led product engineering teams worldwide. Prior to Administrate, he was the Director of Product Engineering at Fleetmatics (later acquired by Verizon) and led a team of 400+ engineers. After the acquisition, he remained in his role at Verizon and led work on a top 20 world-ranked SaaS product. Winders graduated from Dublin City University with a Bachelor’s in Computer Applications.

She is focused on developing and executing strategies that support product growth and brand awareness. She is an inspirational leader who takes a vision and makes it reality by pushing others to extend their thinking, make data-driven decisions, and create material business advantages.

Previously, Hall served as Vice President of Client Strategy at 352, where she was responsible for business development, innovation consulting, community building, and client management for new and existing relationships. She has worked across industries with brands such as Carnival Cruise Line, Def Jam Recordings, NBC, AT&T, Raymond James, Cummins Engines, Disney, and the U.S. Air Force.

Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing and International Business from the University of Denver and studied Account Planning at Miami Ad School.
